This may be a small surprise for many people, and if you've been counting on your digits, you will have figured out who my favorite song was for 2011.
Some people will agree, others won't - but thats why it my list...
Poli Genova - Na Inat (Bulgaria)

The Bulgarians held a national final similar in magnitude and the FYROMs efforts. A young simple lady with outstanding makeup came out and belted out Na Inat. The song scored full marks from the jury and the televoters for the privilege of representing her country.
On ESC night, the dress was not an inspired choice (it was clumsy), but Poli sang her song full of emotion and confidence. It didn't make the final, and that is disappointing, but I definitely rate it as a great ESC song. Not all great songs win the show.
